Yesterday was a special day for my “little” sister! 😀 It was Scott & Louise’s 25th wedding anniversary … and I have to pass on a BIG congrats to my sis & her lovely hubby and wish them many many more wonderful years together! I am sure they would acknowledge so many blessings from God throught out the last 25 years … and it is such an achievement in today’s world … don’t you think???
So … a special event like this calls for something really lovely … and I was happy with this special card! (Might have to copy it for my mum or mum-in-law’s 50th anniv … which both fall next year!
I haven’t used my Polka Dot Punches set in ages … but I have recently bought the large heart punch and realised that I hadn’t yet had a chance to use it. How easy it was to put this card together using the heart stamp and the heart punch! A perfect fit!!! All the silver stamping is embossed with silver embossing powder. Isn’t the Baja Breeze / Silver Metalllic a lovely combination … and just perfect for a 25th anniversary card.
This looks particularly elegant … but is really such an easy card to put together! I also used some of the yummy Baja Breeze satin ribbon from the “Valet” Ribbon Originals pack! Very luxurious! 😉
So … as usual … there is a card recipe at the end of this post. Happy Stamping!!!
