Three Little Words Sympathy

Hello everyone! I am on my way home from Queensland … or should be if this arrives when it is supposed to!!! (Monday morning) ❓ Anyway … I still have a couple of recent sympathy cards to share with you … so here is one created with the sweet little “Three Little Words” stamp set. I have only just got this set … and hadn’t really seen the potential … but I kinda really like it!

Sympathy cards are always a little tricky. You don’t want to be too depressing … but you also want them to be respectful and elegant. This set … and the gorgeous “Parisian Breeze” Specialty DSP (that was available in the Spring mini … but has now DISAPPEARED!!!) made putting this card together really easy! Definitely elegant and respectful! Here is the inside of the card … and the envelope that I also decorated ..

Did you notice I had dyed the “Pretties Kit” flowers … I just wish I had made the dye a little deeper … so the colours would have been a bit darker. The larger flower was dyed with “Pale Plum” & the smaller flower was dyed with “Elegant Eggplant”. This design was kinda CASED from a little square card that Julie A gave me recently. I think I showed you that one??? So … at the time of writing … I am supposed to be packing … so really have to run!!! C Ya on Tuesday!
