Hello everyone!
I’m sorry I have been delayed getting this post done! I am having computer probs … and still trying to sort them. I have been working on a card for my Mum & Dad’s 50th anniversary today. I am thrilled with the final result … and I know that Mum will love it! Dad will probably think it’s nice … then move on! 😀 – just as most typical males would do! I had this design in my head all week … and thought it would be perfect for the Swap Sisters “Dazzling Diamonds Dust” Challenge … but just popped over to the website to find that ONCE AGAIN … I have missed the deadline!!! DUH!!! 🙄 Anyway, I know it is safe to post … because my mum doesn’t have a computer … and won’t see it before Friday (the 7th is their anniversary!)
The Top Note Panel is stamped with the gorgeously scrummy “Vintage Vogue” swirly stamp … and then I have used the Dazzling Diamonds Dust Technique to add bling over the whole of this card panel. It looks so FAB IRL (in real life) … just a pity the photo doesn’t do it justice! Details for this technique can be found on my card recipe.
Some of the pretty accents on this card are NON SU! I needed some specific details … including gold ribbon & the lovely glitter 50 for this card. I know SU! just can’t carry EVERYTHING that we might need … so occasionally I find an alternative to use! But … the rest of the card is all SU!
Well … I can’t avoid it any longer … off to try and sort those computer probs!!! C U soon! Stampin’ Hugs xxx

Ohhhhh Andrea, this is absolutely stunning. Your Mum & Dad will love it I’m sure. This would make a lovely wedding card too!!! Andrea what is the dazzling diamond dusting technique? TFS. I hope your parents enjoy their special day! Cheers Donna Zammit.
Andrea adds: I have listed the details for this technique on my recipe card … so you can click on the recipe card to open and enlarge. (To enlarge – once recipe card picture file is open: Click on “CTRL” & the “+” at the same time to enlarge) Use the printer function on your web browser toolbar to print it out if you like?
But … long story short …
1. Stamp your images onto your card piece
2. Turn your Versamark stamp pad upside down … and press all over the stamped card piece
3. Sprinkle a mixture of Dazzling Diamonds & Heat & Stick Embossing powder all over the card piece
4. Use your heat tool to heat and set the embossing powder / diamonds mix. Guaranteed BLING!!! 🙂
(If you don’t want to mix your H&S + DD together … you can sprinkle H&S 1st … and heat this until it is liquid … then sprinkle the DD over the top and heat again.)

Finally have a chance to check out your site again. I am sure Mum & Dad will love your card. It looks so professional. I have just posted my card on my blog as well if you want to take a look. Not quite as glam as your card but I am pretty happy with it! See you tonight for the celebrations!
Andrea adds: I have to disagree … yours is NO LESS glamourous than mine! And … I know mum & dad loved it!!! I still haven’t tried an easel card … so you are one up on me!!! 😉 Will pop over as soon as I have a free minute to check it out again! It was a lovely dinner, wasn’t it! xxAxx
