Look what arrived in the mail yesterday!!! …..
WOW!!! I was quite overwhelmed at the generosity of this gift! It was the prize I won for the Swap Sisters Challenge … and because I entered just for the fun … not for the prize … I kinda feel embarrassed about how HUGE this lovely prize is!!! But … I am very touched and thankful! Thank you Sue … for your kindness! Just look at all those gorgeous embellishments and accents! Some are die cuts and … how gorgeous are the crotcheted flowers! I wonder if Sue dyed these herself … or if she found these somewhere to perfectly coordinate with the Bella Rose papers & Card that also came in the prize pack??? How did Sue know that I just love these papers and all the colours that coordinate with them? I can’t wait to get my hands on these yummy gifts and do something really special with them. Thanks again, Sue!
I thought I would share a few of the pages from the album that Christine (CAH) and I (ACL) did for our mum & dad’s 50th … but … apologies … all these were taken after they were put in the album … so the plastic sleeve interferes with the pics a bit! I am so sorry! 🙄 Before you look … remember these were done in super quick time. I didn’t have the luxury of “a page a day” type designs!!! 😉 Don’t forget … If you would like to see these pics enlarged … just click on the pic to open the picture file. I realised after I put these pics up here … that I didn’t take a page of the mum & dad photos! I had about 4 pages … of them together over the years … but didn’t think to snap any of them to share with you!!! I didn’t want to bore you by showing you every page … I jusst picked a few out … but … LOL! DUH!!! I mean … it was about them after all!!! 🙄 So … next time I am at mum’s I will take a photo … and add it to this post! Oh … you can see them in My wedding & Louise’s wedding photos, though!
