Hello my blogging friends!
What a special day we had yesterday at Onie’s at Campbelltown. It was soooo FAB to meet Tanya & Lisa … and so lovely to be able to chat in person and catch up together. We had lots of fun, giggles, yummies & of course we stamped! I thought I would share a few photos with you from our fun day together. I will add a group photo … as soon as I get a copy from Leonie! My camera decided to spit the dummy at this stage!!! 😀
Leonie S (with some inspiration and help from Tanya) had organised a gorgeous little M&T for us to create using the super little scalloped envelope die …
and then Lisa showed us how to create this stunning and elegant card …
I really enjoyed doing both projects. I love the simplicity and how quick the little lolly bag was … but I also enjoyed the special challenges of the card Lisa designed. It was a great day of stamping. We had to eat and run to get Jenny home in time for her daughter … and missed out on Leonie’s last project … but I am sure that Lisa & Tanya enjoyed doing that one! I’m sure they will show us on their blogs sometime soon. Leonie N & I had a lovely cuppa to end the day! Bliss!!! Have a safe trip home, Tanya! I do hope we can catch up again one day soon! Oh the envy I am feeling at the marvellous time had by all of you!!! TFS the fab slide show and the projects ROCK. The card is magnificent (the leaf die may have to go BACK on the list!!) and the wee basket has Tanya all over it!!!! I am so glad you all had a FAB time (Jenny looks like she was exhaused by the experience in one of the pics!!) I was with you all in spirit. I hope to meet tanya IRL one day too…she is such a sweetie!! ooxx

Oh, What a shocking photo! I did close my eyes at the wrong time!!!!
So you beat me putting up the photos! I did try last night, but ran out of time. It was a fun day. Sorry we had to rush back.

Oooh, I’m so jealous. You lucky girls getting to spend that time together. I’m hoping one day it will be me visiting from WA and being able to catch up with you. I hope you had lots of fun, I’m sure there was lots of laughter and lots of great stories mixed in with the stamping. I love the projects you made, so gorgeous.
I’m so glad you had a wonderful time in Melbourne, such a blessing to have that time with your hubby. It’s great when the kids get a bit older and you can do that, isn’t it?

It was a blast wasn’t it?! The pics are wonderful (once I stopped laughing:P) & the projects were so much fun. Lisa is one talented lassy & Leonie oh so clever to do this little bag, how cute. I dooz think I’ll be making some around Christmas time for my kids friends 🙂 I have Tom home again today (he’s feeling very precious) but I’m determined to post on my blog today, but won’t promise anything.
I’m so looking forward to doing this again some day, will have to work something out for next year!!! 😀
