Hello!
I think I have about 10 mins before Gav’s extended family arrives … so this is gonna be super quick! This is another brayered sample card that I did for the August Stamp Club night. It is an alternate way to do the “bouncing brayered” technique that we did at the class. Super easy … super effective background! The instructions can be found in my card recipe below!
So … we are a little happy today! Woo Hoo! The DRAGONS won the NRL premiership yesterday!!!! It is a public holiday here in NSW and we had booked to have brunch at Aqua … overlooking Wollongong Harbour this morning. We went for a walk after brunch along the harbour … and were excited to see the St George / Illawarra Dragons go past in their open top double decker bus!!!! We thought we would drive past the Entertainment Centre where they were meeting their fans … and ended up dropping the kids who ran in and saw all the celebrations! Sandy (no. 1 Dragons fan) & Skye (also Dragons fan) were thrilled to join in the fun. Even if it was only brief! So … that was a little highlight today! We (Stacey, Sheree, Skye, Sandy & I are all DRAGONS fans 😀 … but the two boys – Gav & Shane are BULLDOGS fans!!! Oi! 😯 )
Well ….. as you can see my guests arrived before I had a chance to finish my post! So … I am just quickly adding the photos … and getting this published before I finish cleaning up after having a houseful of family … and toddling off to bed! I can’t believe I haven’t told you my other exciting news … but that will have to wait until tomorrow … I just need to finish now! 🙄 🙂 Stampin’ Hugs xxaxx

Sooooooooooooo LUUUUUUUUUVVVVVVV this b’ground Andrea!!!!Too pretty for words!! Adds so much more interest to the card. Shamefully I have had my brayer for over 6 mths and it’s still in the box!!!
I am SUCH a happy dragons gal too. V v nervous 1st half but the MIGHTY red “V” shone in the 2nd half and had BBQ chook!!!

Yay! To St George for winning! I honestly didn’t think they would, but was stoked when they did!
The truck is coming today…. so I’ll be in suspense of your news… until I can get online again! That should help me set the computer up fast when we arrive next week. LOL!
