“Dress up Christmas” Projects

Hi again!

I am going to pop back later with a card I am doing for a couple of challenges … but it isn’t even started yet … so I thought I would share another couple of cute little projects for the Dress up Christmas Promotion. If you would like to read all the details about the special SU! Christmas bundles -> CLICK HERE! And … here are the other two cute projects from the flyer …

I also wanted to share a quick pic from the 60’s party we went to on Saturday! (Some of my lovely blog friends have been wondering what I wore!!!) I think some of the guests confused the 60’s with the 70’s … but hey … it was all just a bit of fun … and in the end … “who really cares”????? 😉 As long as Andrew had a great time … that is all that mattered! And … that is why I decided to “ditch” the frumpy long white socks and flat shoes … and go with something a little more glamourous! Cos … really … who was going to care??? 😀 Pity I couldn’t “ditch” the frumpy body … but sometimes you can only do sooooo much!!! 😉 It was a freezing cold day … the red cardigan was a late addition cos the little mini dress was just too cold without it! 😀 Where  … oh where is spring??? I am still waiting! 🙄

Sorry … the full length pic is a little blurry … my camera really isn’t behaving well at all lately! 😦 And … the close up … you can’t really see my ‘teased’ hair behind the headband! It looked kinda great! But … this is the best I could do … cos Gav forgot to take his ‘u-beaut’ camera!

Skye has started her HSC (on Friday) … she is in the middle of her 2nd English paper this morning! Please pray that she will do well. It is important to her! 😀 Have a happy day … I will hopefully be back with that challenge card later … but I do have to tackle the newsletter too! Stampin’ Hugs xxaxx

      You should always hope for a hard exam, because you will be able to prove that you know more than others. If it is too easy, then everyone can answer most of the questions, and you can’t show that you know even more (….that was the teacher inside of me talking).
      If they are too hard, then you just have to do the best you can, but still put pen to paper – they can’t give you marks for not attempting it!
      Chin up – and do your best to prepare for the next one – you can’t do any better than your best!
      Still praying for peace and strength – may God continue to bless you! :-}
      Andrea adds: Great advise, Gabbi … and thanks so much for taking the time to give it! I will make sure that Skye gets this message! It’s so lovely to have blog friends caring so much about what is going on in my life. Thanks heaps! Hugs xxaxx
