What would we do without all the inspiration in cyberspace???

Papillion Potpourri JD'13 (4)Hi bloggies!

Have you ever had times when you feel like your mojo has been sucked dry? I hadn’t stamped in ages … and suddenly had a million cards that I HAD to make … and nope ……… NO MOJO!!! Aren’t I grateful for the help and inspiration from friends in blog land! I actually have several cards to share with you … but have to admit … the majority are CASE-d. I hope you still enjoy them all!

Papillion Potpourri JD'13 (1)I made this one for my niece’s birthday. I found this idea on Pinterest — my new ‘go to’ for ideas! This one came from the Simon Says Stamp Blog. Papillion Potpourri JD'13 (3)I embellished a little … and actually sponged my colour instead of watercolouring it. (Jennifer McGuire has a great tutorial at SSSB showing how to add colour using watercolour pencils & an aqua painter. Must try that technique soon!) I added some bows & pearls for a little extra pizzazz … but it doesn’t really need it!

Well … sorry it has taken me so long to get here. I have been busy stamping … but just haven’t found the time to blog! Will try to do better! Have a great day!

Very pretty Andrea. Love the sponged banner with the white embossed images. The dry embossed background looks perfect with it!
