I thought I would share a baby card that I made recently for a friend. Something bright and sunshiny to cheer you up on a winter’s day! (For those of us in the Southern Hemisphere!)
It is always fun to do baby cards … particularly for little girls! For some reason I just have to make them ‘girly girly’!!! Must be because our little Bree (grand-daughter) is such a ‘girly girl’!!! She loves to dress up … and dance … and look in the mirror … and she LOVES pink! Even at only 2 years old! Funny how that is instinctive with some little girls! I just kept adding little pretty ‘bits’ … including some Dazzling Details sparkle!
Well … I do hope you have a lovely weekend! I need to get some baking done … and some 21st stuff done … but hopefully this weekend will be a little less eventful than the last! I am still catching my breath!!! Have fun! Hugs xxx
Beautiful card, our little Bree is exactly the same, a total girly girl… Pink, dolls, dresses, jewellery… the works 😀

This card is so,so pretty!! Such a feast for the eyes!!
I think I met Mitch on Friday, helping a mate pick up a fridge (long story…), but I thought I had better not say “Congratulations on your engagement!”, because I thought he might think that it was weird that I recognised him from a photo on your blog – how funny!!
Hope you are enjoying your (wet & cold!!) weekend!
Take care!

Hi Gabbi! Yes … it was Mitch! You should have said hello … and told him you were a friend! I’m not sure if he knows I am blogging about him … but TOO BAD! … 😉 😀 Thanks for all the blog love lately! Hugs xxx

What a super cute card Andrea. Love the circle shape and the cut out image. The liquid pearls look great on the scallops. This is just the perfect card for any sweet little girl!
PS: Yes, you just buy a novel, an old one if you can, and start decorating the pages… check out altered books or mixed media arts.
