We had a wonderful morning a couple of weeks ago at Shane’s girlfriend’s 21st birthday brunch. Mmmm … what a feast … who doesn’t love a good brunch!? Chloe is just the sweetest girl … and Shane has a permanent grin on his face! Anyway … I wanted to do something special for her card. Here it is …
Did you notice the paper on the “21”?? I used the wrapping paper I had bought for her gift … and made a matching card! I wish I had taken a photo of both together … it looked fabulous! The “21” is hand drawn and fussy cut. I also have a new punch … bought for possible wedding stationey … but I haven’t finalised all that yet! Lots of pretty bling / accents all over the numbers added some real ‘pretty’ to the card. Chloe LOVED it!
I hope you can see the acetate butterflies & flowers … they are a little hard to pick in the photos. I added some rhinestones to the centres. I found an old flower punch & some star rhinestones & some heart sequins and added these too!
Well … better go & get moving. We are helping at a working bee at a friend from church’s house. They have had a tough few months … and this is one way we can help! Then off to soccer for 2 matches. The boys have been doing well lately. Hope you all have a lovely weekend! Take care!
PS: Added this card to Patrice’s 52 Card Pickup! Hope you pop by and check out the other samples for this week!
This is gorgeous Andrea for a gorgeous girl. I love all the details. It is just beautiful.
Have a good day xx
