Sandy’s graduation day

Hi blog friends!

Has it really been over a month??? Really??? Life is just far too busy! Since the two girls have gone back to work after babies … and I have been minding kids across 3 days (not full days … 1 full day, 1 half day & before and after school on another) … I am finding blogging has been almost impossible! I am sorry! But … I will stop with the excuses and share a card ………… You may have seen this on instagram … but I finally got around to blogging it! 😀

I do have plenty of cards to share … even though regular card making has come to a halt recently. But … a couple of stamping days have helped replenish my dwindling card stash.

I hope you stopped for a moment to click on these photos … you will see each one enlarged and better detail of the colouring etc. I just L-O-V-E my Stamping Bella stamps … and am always happy with the result when I use them. Still on my “L” (learner) plates for colouring with Copics … but I am gradually getting there! I did heaps of colouring for some Christmas cards on a recent holiday week away with Sandy while he studied for his exams.

Sandy’s Yr 12 Graduation Ceremony – Sept 2016

Illawarra Christian School – Tongarra Campus (small country school)

Yes … my baby has his final school exam tomorrow (chemistry) … and his schooling days will be over. It is bitter sweet for me. 26 years of being a school mum coming to an end. I am proud of all that all 5 kids have achieved and the lovely adults they have grown into. But … I am sad that a HUGE stage of my life is now over. Done! What am I going to do with myself??? (grin)

Card Details:

  • Stamping Bella – Uptown Girls – Clarissa and Camille share a coffee
  • Simon Says Stamp – Sunshine Die
  • Copic markers

Take care everyone! Hugs xxx
